Many women find it difficult to make new friends as they step into adulthood. Find Your Tribe Sri Lanka recognizes this challenge and provides a supportive community for women aged 22 and older through events and networking opportunities.
We host a variety of creative events that help women connect, inspire, and empower each other, fostering personal and professional growth.

Paulusha Gunathilaka (b. 1998)
Paulusha is a Business Analyst at Cloud Solutions International and an undergraduate at Buckinghamshire New University. Renowned for her outgoing and extroverted personality, she possesses a unique ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, making her adept at networking and relationship building. Her hobbies include cooking and exploring new cuisines, showcasing her adventurous spirit. Additionally, she has recently embarked on learning Spanish, broadening her cultural and linguistic horizons. Motivated by a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact, Paulusha aspires to contribute meaningfully to society throughout her lifetime.
Kaviru Samarawickrama (b. 1995)
Kaviru is a Sri Lankan poet, artist, author, and community manager at HomeTree Coworking. She holds a master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Staffordshire. She is the author of the poetry books *Walking In Blind* (2018), *26: Stories, People, Poetry* (2022), and the forthcoming collection *Peculiar Feets*. Her spoken-word poetry has been featured in various online magazines and international anthologies. Kaviru is a bubbly and friendly person, always eager to make friends and network.
